To whom it may concern,
WantMoreSopranos.com and the signees of this petition would like to express
our disappointment in the concluding episode of The Sopranos.
The way the show ended has left thousands upon millions of devoted fans
dissatisfied, disappointed, and/or misled with such ambiguity. We understand
that the ending was viewer specific, (i.e. if you thought Tony was killed,
then he was; if you think he lived, then he did), but please do not conclude
the last eight years of a remarkable series in such an ambiguous manner.
By signing this petition, the fans listed in the attached spreadsheet
kindly ask that Producer David Chase and Home Box Office work together
to develop either:
• an additional short series of The Sopranos
• an explanation of what was meant by the infamous “black screen”
• and/or a Sopranos film that will end the series with appropriate closure.
Thank you for your time and consideration and we look forward to your
response.
Kindly,
WantMoreSopranos.com
